You’ll want to get started on your airline reservations for travel to Austin Texas (AUS-Austin Bergstrom Intl. Airport) on Wednesday, September 13th and returning home on Sunday, September 17th 2017. ….or come a few days early or stay another day or so! Enjoy this beautiful area and give yourself time to acclimate yourself if you’re coming from a different time zone.

The class takes place on Thursday, September 14, Friday, September 15, and Saturday, September 16, but you will need to arrive on Wednesday, September 13th and depart on Sunday, September 17th, 2017. We go until late on Saturday night, so plan on leaving on Sunday.

MEETING LOCATION

Now that you have registered for the MCC, it would be a good idea to make your travel plans, such as plane flights and hotel reservations.

We will be hosting the MCC this year at an event center in a new, dynamic shopping and multi-use area in Austin called The Domain. It’s the “it” place to be with hotels, restaurants, shopping and living areas all combined to make it the hip and cool spot to be in Austin.

Austin, Texas

Meeting Venue:  Rock Rose Hall @ The Domain

11420 Rock Rose Avenue, The Domain

Austin, Texas 78758

Because of this, we are not going to be at a hotel for the event. You have a choice of up to 8 hotels nearby the event. It’s up to you how close you want to be to the MCC event location.  I’ve listed the area choices here on the Attendees Only Page.

The hotels range from a 5 minute to 15 minute walk, and in a variety of price ranges. We have also included our recommendation for the hotel we think you’d enjoy the most and that will be conveniently placed for the event and for our graduation dinner on the final evening of the course. It’s located directly across the street from our graduation dinner celebration, so it will be easy to walk from your hotel if you’re wearing heels! 🙂
